For decades, medical technology products were solely focused on clinicians. Starting 2015 companies should design health products for patients instead (i.e. new school Patient-centric versus old school Hospital-centric).
. Electronic Health records (EHR) should follow patients wherever they go and doesn’t just stay within a particular hospital or particular doctor’s office.

Chief Financial Officer

Raymond Medeiros

Mr. Medeiros graduated in 1970 from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with major in Marketing. Throughout college worked as a supervisor in a major department store upon graduation became a buyer and by the age of 24 started his first business. Because he was more opportunity oriented than industry oriented, his background has been varied. Most of his business experience has been to purchase bankrupt or close to bankrupt businesses and improve their performance to the point of profitability. The in-depth involvement required from these types of businesses has provided Mr. Medeiros with a valuable insight into the many facets of operating a successful business delving into all aspects: operations, financial, human relations, as well as sales and marketing. Some of the businesses he has owned are: retail (28 jewelry stores), manufacturing (pewter figurines and jewelry), food and beverage (10,000 square foot restaurant & bar facility half devoted to a cabaret restaurant with a stage featuring live acts and a 5,000 sq foot dance club, as well as a 4,000 square foot bar), import business (jewelry and gifts), financial (Investment Company operating in Europe and the United States), 2 art galleries (one 3,000 square feet and one 8,000 square feet) and a 100 room motel. These businesses had gross revenues between $2,000,000 and $25,000,000.
His most recent involvement has been in a more corporate setting with a hi-tech consumer manufacturer as senior management and minority stockholder for 14 years. This company produced high end video projectors and flat panel video displays for the exclusive audio video contractors/retailers. Runco was considered the premier video display company in the high end worldwide marketplace. A fact even its competitors begrudgingly admitted. The company, Runco International, was sold in 2007 to a larger public company at the time of the sale its annual volume in 2007 at $60 million US dollars. Mr. Medeiros was the executive that worked with Hambrecht and Company to negotiate the sale to the public company.
Mr. Medeiros has also been involved in the community supporting a number of non-profit organizations through financial donations and working with or serving on boards of different non-profits. His experience with the non-profit community has been with art, museums, ballet, service, health, foundations and general resource organizations that trained and taught the best practices to other non-profit organizations.
His current endeavor is a non-profit that he started called Business Cares, Inc. We are in an embryonic stage. The idea for Business Cares and its mission was rolling around in his head since 2008. It was incorporated in California July, 2012 and received IRS approval as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit in Feb 2013. He realized that he wanted to start a non-profit, but could not decide on which of the causes the mission should center around. Finally, since his background was so steeped in business and since he did have a deep concern for many causes, he decided that a natural thing would be to start one that will be of aid to a number of different non-profits with associated causes in conjunction with for-profit businesses. Business Cares’ mission is to act as a catalyst between independent and dissimilar organizations (non-profits & businesses) in our community to enable them to benefit from the efforts of each other.
They can help their community thrive by creating cooperation between non-profit organizations and for-profit companies. Another way of expressing it is that we are a matchmaker between non-profits and businesses so the business can help a non-profit organization through a creative project to raise money for its mission and will at the same time be recognized in the community as a good neighbor for helping a non-profit. The non-profit believes that, working together, can strengthen the social sector and business community -- it is Business Cares mission to bring both together to benefit the community.

Loan Trinh

Lannon Khau

Lannon Khau was sitting at his local car mechanic while waiting for his vehicle inspection when the idea to tie in patient health care to UberMDs came to him. Lannon had the idea of a healthcare model change from the old-school "hospital-centric" to the new-school "patient-centric".
Lannon is an avid reader and teaches children how to code and how to program robots. Lannon is a (STEAM) mission specialist who focuses on education of America’s youth in the areas of science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM). He hopes that his students will become the scientists, engineers, and industrialists who build the rockets and spacecraft of the future; some will develop into professional astronauts and colonizers of other worlds; and many will turn into citizen explorers- young global space travelers- who venture into Earth orbit, holiday at space hotels, and, not too far in the future, take even longer journeys.
On the other hand snowboarding is his forte.

Dr. TRẦN NGUYỄN THANH HƯƠNG, M.D.

Đào tạo:
- Tốt nghiệp ngành Bác sĩ đa khoa, khóa 2011-2017, ĐH Y dược TP.HCM
- Sinh viên thực tập tại khoa Ngoại tiêu hóa, bệnh viện Westmead, Sydney (2015)
– chương trình học bổng của Học Mãi Foundation – The University of Sydney

1. Thành viên nòng cốt, dự án khóa học trực tuyến về nghiên cứu khoa học và y tế công cộng REACH (Research Advancement Consortium in Health) (2017)

- Giải thưởng Sanofi Rainbow Across Borders Asia Pacific Award 2015 cho top 10 mô hình hỗ trợ bệnh nhân hoạt động phi lợi nhuận ở châu Á – Thái Bình Dương, trị giá $5000 SGD (2015)
